Developed Introduction to SolidWorks 2014 textbook in which translation from previous UGS NX8.5 textbook was required. Textbook used as learning tool for General Engineering Course at Marquette University. Working alongside professors to expand use of textbook.
Designed and built structures out of 40 standard playing cards and super glue that held 1500 lbs. Followed provided guidelines in which minimum dimensions and max weights were provided. Placed 7th out of 53 at International competition.
Engineered 3 in 1 multi-tool as experience building exercise. Took insight from high school metals teacher who needed new welding tool. Designs combined welders pliers, 2.5in knife and crescent wrench. Programed FDM 3D printer to prototype 7 individual iterations. Finally machined by local fabrication shop.
