Maintain logs of all maintenance done to CNC and Vacuum
Produce daily production runs while keeping logs of all parts and programs. Set up tool heights according to program desire, change tools according to material thickness and diameters. Make any minor program edits including feed rate, tool rpm, cutting direction. Perform routine maintenance including cleaning collets, tools, greasing tracks, spindles, use multi meter to check all electrical voltages running to machines and check functions of machine fuses. Train all new employees on proper CNC running, proper maintenance, how to recognize when program edit is needed and ensure all employees running CNC are keeping up with manufacturing production.
Set up spray booth with proper paint and ensuring quality care proceed to spray powder paint on parts and proceed to transport parts to oven for final product.
Grind various welds flush according to blue print drawings using air powered grinders and polishers. Sand and tape parts to get ready for paint department.
Set up and operate CNC router to perform full capabilities of running production requirements including, pulling material, changing tool bits, adjusting tool heights, proper maintenance.
Took 6 hour training course on proper forklift handling including written test and driving test to receive forklift certification
