I work in the hospital caring for patient, which consist of 10 or more.
I planned my work day around my patients. They had three meals a
day, I was only responsible for two and all personal hygienes were to
be completed at the end of the shift. The written documents had to also be completed each day on patients.
MY duties consist of a variety of things. I started as a printing service
clerk, which late for 6 months. Then I was transfer over Residential tech
which consist of care for the consumers. After all chores was completed and consumer return to their residents, I provided direct care and training to each individuals with special needed, I also work with the consumer in the class room, planning and assessment of programs.
My job duties as a CNA, consist of provided care for other in the
facilities. I were assign to 10 or more patient, which I had to asses,
plan, implement or do what were needed to be done for each patient.
I also had to make sure each patient Activities of daily livings were
completed. I take vital sign as needed. All the patient activities were login on the computer each day.
This Certificate of completion is awarded to me, for successful
completion of Nursing Aide Training Program, consisting of 81
hours of classroom and 51 hours of clinical instruction.
