I have 10 years of experience as a CNA professional with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. I am a good team player. I fulfill my patients needs as readily as I can without cutting them short. I value the elderly and see them as a whole person who continues to have things to contribute to society. I am very reliable and rarely call in. I can see the importance in my job and will do little things to enhance it. I do train new CNA' and hope they pick up on things I feel is important in caring for the elderly.
I also work the rehab unit. I love to see the people succeed and be able to return home and gain their independence back.
good attention to detail
good with people
good at prioritizing
Good at assessment of situations
I have a strong background in working with people, may they be sick or well. I do my best to make them comfortable and happy. I work well with others, and am a great team player. I like to go above and beyond my job description. If people are lonely I spend extra time with them to try to cheer them up. My grandmother died of Alzheimers, I took care of her until she passed. I also have two special needs cousins. I do not like the way a lot of people treat this classification of people. Everyone has their own special talent. I also love animals, especially cats, I have three of them, and I am living with my aunt who has 4 more, along with five dogs. I have also recently had a son, who is now six months old. I am surrounded by love..
