CNA at Greenbush Manor for one year and seven months. I helped out in the kitchen when in need of.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant I helped residents with their daily cares and activates when in need. I worked under the supervision of nurses to deliver high quality care to residents. The job requires long hours and many responsibilities, but caring for residents on a daily basis provides some of the greatest rewards any profession could offer. I have had my CNA since I was 15 years-old. It showed me that it makes you feel good about yourself knowing that you have helped someone in need at the end of every shift.
I took a CNA training program when I was 15 and passed both written and skills part of CNA test in International Falls, MN. I graduated high school with a GPA of 3.7. I will be a full time college student at Rasmussen College Online pursuing a degree as a Pharmacy Technician in the fall of 2018. In high school I took a computer science class my Sophomore, Junior, and Senior year. Computer science helped me learn many of computer software programs that are used in our society today.
In high school I was involved in student council, helping put events on for our staff and students. I was cheerleading captain for my Junior and Senior year, leading and being a roll model for the members and showing them right from wrong, but also you need everyone involved to be a team. Some of the other actives I was involved include: River Watch, Peer Helping, Envirothon, Yearbook, Band, Choir, Computer Science, and Business Law.
