  • Set up, stored and updated customer files, department records and regulatory paperwork.
  • Handled as many as 300 closing files each month by effectively organizing, multitasking and prioritizing closing work.
  • Open new title requests within SoftPro. Set up two files: one for closing agent and one for title examiner, forward title request to title examiner, assign files to each closing agent.
  • Perform database searches including OFAC and PACER.
