I am Registered Nurse of 19 years driven to improve the quality of patient care. In January of 2016, I obtained a Master's Degree in Nursing and I am currently managing 5 Tower's microsystem as a Clinical Nurse Leader. I am highly motivated to hone in on my leadership ability and advance as a nurse manager. I seek to continuously grow professionally and to further develop my leadership career in the Carolinas Healthcare organization. Serve as the Night Assistant Nurse Manager on a busy Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit with a quick patient turnaround.
Assist with administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing care under the Nurse Manager.
Perform Managerial aspect of the unit to include: counseling, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, quality assessment, problem solving, delegation, evaluations, and employee selection.
