ALWAYS WILLING TO LEARN
Started in tool crib for 3 months. My supervisor saw my willingness to learn and put me on the floor running a Milwaukee engine lathe. I learned to read measuring tools, blueprints , do my own set-ups, run Bridgeport mills and work in tenths.
Operated Machine lathes, Mills, Header Machines and I did my own set-ups. I read blueprints per aerospace design. Worked in close tolerance (plus - minus tenths)!
Learned to program and run CNC lathes. I do my own set-ups for gang tooling such as GT Sprint, Omni-turn and a Star SV-20 screw machine. I am willing and able to learn any set-up and programing needed! I created lathe prints from "grind & blue" prints for myself and others. I help others with prints, sharpening drills, tooling and set-ups! I have trained others with patience and understanding.
