SE Upper Level Liability ClaimIQ Coordinator/Analysis/Trainer: As the CIQ Coordinator I train all levels from CSR2 to Management on the operations and procedures of the CIQ system, administer CIQ Certification testing to all levels through management, work directly with IT and re-engineering on design, testing and roll out of system releases. I field all procedural questions from examiners through management and analyze trends of claims handling through the CIQ reports.
My analysis position has tasked me with maintaining weekly trend reports for our claims payments; state required letters, un-worked documents, tax identification reporting errors and unresolved liability pending. I am the champion of our Minimal Impact Program, Special Handling Queue, Telephone Notice of Suit Queue, Windows Live, First Party Medical System, Medicare Required Reporting, Email Capability Usage and Eloquence Letter Writing system.
