Claims Analyst- 2015 to present -
*Process soft surface claims for our dealers and the sales force. Processing the claims, by working with dealer to receive what is required to process the claim. Required items my require the dealer to send pictures, samples or the roll returned for review by manufacturing directly. Working occasionally with the Financial Department, regarding the dealers account, where there is possibly a discrepancy, when the dealer may feel that a claim was approved to have credit issued and/or are refusing to take care of the invoice due to a claim that may still be in process. Answering calls from dealers and/or sales force for the status of their claim.
*Pricing Department - 2006 - 2015. Entry of pricing from the sales force for our dealers via emails and/or phone call. Gather proper approvals needed if the pricing requested for the dealer, fell below the authority level of the sales force that was requesting it.
*National Accounts - 2002 to 2006. Home Depot Account. Worked directly with Administrative Assistant to Vice President of Home Depot Account, entering all pricing data. Entered all sample order request of new products going into each store and all samples for each new store when it was opened.
*Customer Service - 1994 to 2002. Answered calls continually from dealers and/or sales force to place orders, check status of orders and/or to check stock.
Customer Service - Answering calls from dealers and sales force. Order Entry. Checked order status.
Provided supervision to all children from ages 6 weeks to after school care wherever needed. Hired in to supervise the after school age part time, filling in whenever needed in absence of the full time employees. Eventually taking a full time position when it came available.
Clerical Duties - Filing. Making copies of checks for customers. Answer customers calls and face to face questions regarding their checking or savings accounts.
