My education at Pima allowed me to work with Boeing 720 series aircraft, A Dash-8 aircraft and a JT8D engine. The classes did various projects relating to the hydraulics, electrical systems, powerplant and airframe of the aircraft. A significant amount of component breakdown and analysis was also done one the aircraft. Our classes also worked with troubleshooting, engine start ups, APU runes and overviews on how to service components and evaluate damages across systems. A lot of these projects were with groups, I learned to consider all kinds of advice and how to work with people well. When it came to working with people I also learned how to work with people efficiently. Whether it was the gathering of the tech data or planning on who does what. My main goal with anyplace I volunteer or work at is that I want to learn as much as possible with whatever im doing. Whether it be from training, experience or other people, i want to get the most out of everything.

I volunteer at my church ever sense I was in middle school. From that point almost every morning on the last Friday of the month I helped with making sandwiches, moving boxes or distributing bread. When high school came around I added to helping the church by doing an event called, "Stuff the truck." I helped move items from cars that people were giving away, whether it were small items or bed frames, into a truck for a couple hours a day.
In the summer of 2013 I volunteered at Catalina Foothills High School. I was basically a teachers assistant helping the kids with arts and crafts, participating and helping with examples of sports or activities and helping moving the kids from classroom to classroom.
In the spring of 2013 I helped other volunteers move supplies such as food, clothes, furniture and other everyday small items around to organize them. All these supplies were going to used to help women that are not properly financially supported to take care of a child.
