In my role, I architected and implemented an object oriented just-in-time 411 lookup platform that used a lookup database to direct queries to one of 32 regional databases to drastically decrease query times, especially for partial name nationwide queries, by 40x using VB.NET, C#, C++, and T-SQL. I was part of the architecture team that designed and implemented a robust multi-accent multi-dialect speech recognition platform for Verizon in VB.NET, C++, and T-SQL Server. Using advanced load balancing and fixed parameter stored procedures, it provided highly accurate recognition and response times that were 10x faster than the requirements. I coordinated with QA testers for end-to-end unit testing and post-production testing. Also, I drafted the technical documents for the project and authored several white papers.
