Personal Information
U.S. Citizen Open to Relocation Dear Hiring Manger: Regarding my background, I have been Chief Resident of the Family Medicine Program at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. As of January 27th, 2015 I am an Iowa Licensed Physician. Further, I have applied for additional licensure in Georgia-expected by August 2015. To date, I have passed the Family Medicine Boards and successfully passed all steps of the USMLE on the first attempt. Overall, I am seeking a practice with the opportunity to use procedures and contribute the skills I have gained. Personally, I am comfortable with patient populations ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Through *practice*, residency I have mastered colposcopies, biopsies, incision/drainage, joint injections, and suturing. Personally, I am productive, efficient and easy to work with. Further, I am highly approachable and have a compassionate bed side manner. Moving forward I am interested to build my career in the area as my family & friends reside here. Relocation aid is not required and I am available for interview immediately. Given my background and current interests, I am confident that I would be an asset to your team. Thus, I have attached my resume for your review. Sincerely, Dr. Sammy Muralidhara, M.D.
