I served in this position in conjunction with my role as the CEO of the Curry County. In this position I was responsible for training and helping all subscribers to use the MLS system, making sure all subscribers were conforming to the rules and regulations of said MLS service, and managing the inventory of MLS products. Additionally in this position I would teach 30 + approved continuing education courses for subscribers. These classes included but were not limited to Rules & Regulations, Sexual Harassment and Risk Management.
In this position I was responsible for the ordering, reviewing, renewing and maintenance of loan documents.

I also acted as an escalation point for specialists to resolve issues and provide training as needed.
In this position I performed a variety of loan documentation duties on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. My functions included analyzing compliance issues; interpreting policies; managing communication between borrowers, loan officers, assistants and other interested parties; updating computer systems as needed; managing closing deadlines and federal compliance deadlines.
Additionally I trained new team members; supervised a team of six members; covered pipelines for team members that were out of the office; ran reports on productivity and pipeline movement; communicated with sales partners regarding pipeline statuses and worked as a trouble shooter to resolve issues that occurred during the processing of a home loan application.

I have worked with the Curry County CASA as a court appointed special advocate for children in foster care. This volunteer position required specialized training and continuing education to ensure I would be able to best serve the child assigned to me through the county courts.
Rape Crisis Hotline
I worked the rape crisis hotline in Minneapolis MN. I was point of contact for victims that were dealing with the aftermath of the attack. My duties were to listen and make sure the caller was given the information for the services that they needed.
