Entered as a Trainee Appraiser advanced to Staff Appraiser then Senior Staff Appraiser then to Chief Appraiser managing staff of appraisers. Advanced to underwriting positions with further advancement on to Loan Officer status which had management responsibilities for loan origination staff: loan agents, processors, underwriters, escrow department and the appraisal staff.
