  • Perform a wide variety of administrative and analytical duties in the formulation, presentation, justification, execution and review of the total Resources budget for assigned appropriations involving Operation and Maintenance, Army (OMA); and other Procurement, Army.
  • Review, analyze, edit, compile, and consolidate budget submission data and necessary justifications to support ROC budgetary requirements.
  • Independently interpret guidance, prepare budget input, provide guidance to technical points of contact and ensure timely input to all phases of the planning, Programming, Budgeting, and execution System (PPBES).
  • Review all budgetary actions for validity, ensure compliance with correct documentation and assure that funds are being utilized to meet organizational mission goals.
  • Provide Budget and program guidance to managers requesting data that is reviewed and consolidated in budget schedules such as the Budget Estimate Submission, Exhibit 300 Submission, Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Army Program Guidance Memorandum, Management Decision Enhancement Packages, and Program Evaluation Group (PEG).
  • Work directly with OA22 PEG POC within the Headquarters to develop out year program requirements for PEG brief to POM developers.
  • Monitors and identifies the unfinanced requirements and recommends course of action for execution year.
  • Assure RE & F, requirements are reflected in the ranking of unfinanced requirements.
  • Provide budgetary and fiscal advice to staff and managers to meet organization mission goals.
