During my time in Charleston SC I worked with Food lion ending as a Center Store Manager working my way from cashier on up. During my time there I was acted as a key holding Manager on Duty, responsible for overseeing the stock crew as a direct report and overseen all fresh departments and cashiers as MOD. I was solely responsible for ordering and maintaining Grocery inventory and revenue. Ensuring that the most profit was achieved at all times.
During my time with the company I have been the General Manager at two separate Fairfield Inn & Suites. As the General Manager I am responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel. That is including but not limited to all guest and employee concerns, all accounts receivable, rate control and revenue management, group sales, training and staffing adhering to the standards set by Marriott Intl. Successfully balances employee moral along with continuing to provide excellent service.
