I have worked in customer service for about three years now i am very good with addressing customer concerns with speed, accuracy and professionalism. In my current position i am a customer service representative who maintains a high level of professionalism, patience and efficiency to minimize customer dissatisfaction and increase customer loyalty. I am very pleased in customer service but wish to obtain something a little more in order to become the best customer service representative i can be. I would like to stay in customer service but get another aspect of it.
Right now i am a cashier. I make customers want to return and keep our old customers coming back.
While in Kennewick I was an apparel clerk and a person in charge. I cashiered, made employee work changes, managed the night crew, made reasonable procedure exceptions to accommodate unusual customer requests, collected customer feedback and made process changes to exceed customer satisfaction goals and tained staff on how to improve customer interactions.
While at Gresham Fred Meyer i was trained in many departments. I stoked shelves, worked one on one with customers, pumped gas, pushed carts, and worked graveyard in health and beauty aid.
While working at Made in Oregon i was a receptionist for an accountant there. I filled paper work, answered phones and from time to time worked in the ware house boxing and putting away inventory.
Member of Avid and Options club. Both were clubs for advanced learning.
I took general Science, Math, Writing, and Reading.
