Previously, I have had a lot of experience in customer service. I have a friendly disposition and I enjoy interacting with people. I am easy to get along with, and I always strive to satisfy and cooperate with others to the best of my ability. I have worked in restaurants and convenient stores, and have been a counselor at a summer camp for multiple years.
My responsibilities included greeting customers, assisting them as they navigated the store, checking and bagging groceries as well as managing transactions and the register. I developed patience and dedication when it came to assisting the customers, and also many problem solving skills through answering the customer's questions.
My responsibilities at the restaurant included greeting people with a smile, seating them, and taking their drink orders while they navigated the menu. I also organized the order of seating, and answered phone calls regarding reservations or questions about the restaurant.
My responsibilities included greeting customers when they walked into the restaurant and taking their order. I brought the food to tables and cleaned the restaurant after closing.
I attended FVCC for one year to save money and complete some of my general classes necessary for my major.
I currently attend Crown College while I pursue a degree in Youth Ministry and Christian Studies.
I am a current member of the Crown College Women's Soccer team, as well as the Crown College Softball team. I am a leader on both teams, and received the Women's Multi-Sport Athlete of the Year award this spring. I am a team player, and my goal is to do whatever it takes to bring success to my team.
