I'm going to be honest, I don't have much experience as a phlebotomist as I just finished the course. I am phlebotomy I and II certified, and NHA certified but I don't have my NHA certificate as I don't graduate until Thursday June 7, 2018. I have high hopes in finding a job to start my career as a phlebotomist. When I did clinical's I knew this was a great path to choose. I completed 100 venipunctures rather quickly, as I enjoyed doing what I knew I was going to love doing for the rest of my life.
Checked out customers, helped customers find items, stocked isles, organized my station and kept it clean, good customer service.
Worked as an assistant for the Drama Therapist doing drama therapy techniques with patients with mental illnesses to assist in their road to recovery. Documented classes everyday, and did monthly notes to let the patient now how they have been doing. Great communication skills, can work well with others, and can be a team leader when needed.
Observed all deadlines to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Communicated information to customers about product quality, value and style.
Answered customers' questions and addressed problems and complaints in person and via phone. Informed customers about all product lines and services offered by the company.
Helped customers select products that best fit their personal needs. Educated customers on product and service offerings.
Performed assigned projects and completed checklists in an efficient and accurate manner.
I have taken the Phlebotomy course and am a Certified Phlebotomist I and II and I am NHA Ceterfied also. I do not have my NHA certification yet as graduation is Thursday June 7, 2018.
