Managed call flow with up to 5 calls in queue per minute on my own. Customer Assistance
I worked with this company for a short time but learned alot. I was working on a military installation. My job was to organize all work reports of repairs etc that have been done on the houses. I would enter them into the computer and file them. After the main repair crew left it was me and one repairman. I would answer calls before the phone ever rang 2 times. Even when in overflow. I was able to juddle 5 calls at once, all while entering information into the computers, verifying who the customer was and making sure I knew what I was sending the repair guy out for. I also dealt with emergency situations such as, fire alarms going off, carbon monoxide detectors, fires, flooding, and people being locked out of their homes with children inside. I have a very fast response time and am always efficient in everything I do.
I went to this boarding school at the age of 17. Decided to retake all of my previous highschool class and completed all four years of highschool in 18 months. Graduated with a 3.5 GPA.
