As a Call Center Representative my duty was to answer phones in the call center. Along with Answeing the calls my duty was to create a log of each and every call that i recevied. The logs I created for these called contained alot of different information that was and would be benificial to other Customer Service Representatives in the same customer called in the future. The logs contained information such as the customers Name, Complete Address, Phone Number, The intitial reason for the call to the Call Center, and Notes on how I as a CSR heled find the casuse of the problem, and all the steps I took to reslove the issue. Also as a Customer Service Representative I would also be in Charge of placing orders and or checking checking the status of a order.

At the end of week I would talk to the parents and advise them of what their child was behind in and what learning styes helped their child the best, and keep the parents updated on the improvement of the childs grades.
