The logs contained information such as the customers Name, Complete Address, Phone Number, The intitial reason for the call to the Call Center, and Notes on how I as a CSR heled find the casuse of the problem, and all the steps I took to reslove the issue. At the end of week I would talk to the parents and advise them of what their child was behind in and what learning styes helped their child the best, and keep the parents updated on the improvement of the childs grades.
