C & M Specialist Resume Example

The position in Crawfordville, Florida in Transmission maintenance was abolished. I rolled into a Lineman's position at Odena Operation Center in Port St Joe, Florida. I worked with the C & M Supervisor in building an atmosphere of positive teamwork and high morale with the crew. I was chosen to fill in for the C & M Supervisor in his absence. I also held all members of the crew accountable for safety and making sure all safety equipment was available and in tested working order.

I bid and accepted Lineman's job in Distribution. I was responsible for the safety and training for the apprentices and groundmen that was working with me. Completed jobs with redlines to work orders and all materials charged out in a timely manner.
