I am a creative individual with extensive restaurant experience from November of 2011 until the present. I work well in high pressure environments and high stress situations. Among many skills, I am able to work well with many different people in many different environments. Growing up on a farm I learned hard work at a young age. I am currently balancing managing a two thousand acre farm with over three hundred cattle, serving at Mexican Villa, and family/social time.
Results-oriented, people friendly and professional in any setting. Consistent customer service, reliability, and goal setting are just a few qualitalies I value.
As a server in a busy restaurant, serving large tables, wasting time is not an option to be successful and efficient in a fast pace environment.
