Daily performs review and analysis functions, budget planning, formulation, execution and fund control for Operations and Maintenance Army (OMA) and Army Reserve (OMAR) appropriations. Certifies and monitors execution of centrally managed accounts, analyzing operating budgets for Brigade (BDE) and 7 subordinate Battalions (BN). Ensures funds are properly allocated and obligated in a timely manner to support authorized management objectives. Conducts year-of-execution reviews and recommends reprogramming or transfer of funds where necessary to finance new or revised requirements.
