  • I was the Family Violence Case Coordinator for the Carroll County State's Attorneys Office and during that time I established the Domestic Violence Network. I was the person who formed such and was a co-chair with our local counseling and sheltering agency. The network was formed with many local agencies that were involved with domestic violence issues in our county. We ranged in members from the court system, police system, counseling intervention systems and government social service agencies. Also being involved in such I arranged police trainings, fund raisers (polaroid cameras for our local police etc) and presentations for the MD Governor's Task Force for Domestic Violence to bring attention to changes needed in the law. I am very comfortable in presenting myself and speaking in front of other persons and working with other organizations.
  • I also have taught myself marketing and working on websites because of two rental properties I own. It has exposed me to understanding how to use Wix, Facebook Business pages, Instagram, Google Business etc. Because of such the law firm I have worked over 21 years with also has me work on website updates and changes. I am also usually a quick learned on computer programs and am not intimidated with using such.
  • I am also on both of my HOA boards. One to handle communications /website and the other bookkeeping.
  • Last I also am passionate about Delone Catholic. I volunteer with the marketing committee that Jennifer Kallenbach Hart runs. I enjoy our youth. I have the last four years been very supportive of the Delone Cross Country team not only during their meets /practices, but also volunteering my time over the summer for their camp and cooking their meals. I have helped when needed for homecoming decorating the last two years and for any open houses, the middle states meeting and things to promote the school. The last two years in December Delone alumni and my son have been involved with feeding families at the Believe In Tomorrow House at Hopkins in the memory of their friend Tommy Laudani. I believe giving back to the community and in Delone Catholic and want to see its continued success.
