Planned, directed, and Executed Plant wide Autonomous Maintenance step 0-3 Work shop training for 700 plant Technicians.
RESULT: All 700 Plant Technicians completed 2 day workshop and began Qualification & set up of lead models in each of their value streams.
Planned and Facilitated Autonomous Maintenance step 4&5 Workshops for both LPT (Leadership Plant Team) Line Leaders & PM Line Leaders.
RESULT: AM Step 4&5 Lead models have been set up in each Value stream. Natural work teams rolled out plant wide. Auditing Calibration team in place.
I Lead Metals Department in achieving World wide Bench Mark Results in Process reliability.
RESULTS: Increased Process reliability results in Metals department from 71% to 83% in less than a years time. Results have been sustained & reapplied through reapplication of standards.
RESULTS:Have received several Power of You's and other forms of recognition for Capability building & Executing with discipline in regards to Process reliability gains in our equipment as well as AM progression and its contribution to Site phase progression.
