In high school I achieved the level of Eagle Scout. After high school I joined the Navy and served seven years and being promoted to E-5. My job in the navy was a parachutist rigger involving all aspects keeping aircrew alive. After the Navy I took many jobs from construction, landscaping, raft guiding, solar installer/electrician, blacksmith & handyman. With my current efforts in collage is to equip myself with the proper tools to work in the ecological conservation field.
After moving to a friends farm I decided to learn to forge. I built a forge and made my own tool. I taught myself to make knifes and to market them. I also worked construction jobs /handy-man work when I could find it.
As an installer I was involved in all aspects form solar panel/electrical installation, customer service, structural modifications & repair.
I led rafts of guests down the Skagit River educating them on the dynamics of the ecosystem we where enjoying. I was also responsible for all gear, transport, and guests at all time both before, on, off and after the river trip.
As a P.R. I was responsible for all aspects of aircrew life support and survival. Gaining the rank of E-5 I have been trained in leadership of work party's up to 200 people. I also had a clearance that involved top secret projects and nuclear armaments.
