As a Microsoft Bing Ads Specialist, I talk to customers over the phone. email, and online chat so I could resolve their questions or concerns. I maintain and update the customer's information as necessary. I also calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. As well as, escalating calls to a supervisor when necessary and appropriate. I respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations. I fill out tickets for every interaction so my department can track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Then, I upsell to customers as necessary. At McDonald's, I work on the front counter, which means I handle every guest that walks through the door. The procedure we follow as soon as they walk in is, greet them with a warm welcoming. Then assist them at our new kiosks where they can order on their own. I let them know the benefits and let them know they have options. I also take orders out and with serving each guest that is in the lobby they are provided a number so we can get the food out to the right person. I would guide them where to go after taking an order. While they are enjoying their food I go around to make sure everyone is pleased. I would let them know about our surveys and spread the voice(which is letting them know about our company and letting them know what they can do to give their feedback). Finally once they are finished i grab their trays and a warm goodbye. I also occasionally do present which is the 2nd drive-thru window where you have food ready any drinks. I always asked is their order example; a Mcdouble with a small fry and they would confirm. Then we asked if they need anything else and finally tell them to have wonderful day. Our store called it ask, ask ,tell. Another position I have worked with this store is back cash. This is the first window you come to in the drive-thru.
