Started as a substitute for computer labs, teacher's aide, Paraprofessional Special Education Aide and Secretary. Became a Secretary, part time at Oxford Valley Elementary School. One year later became Secretary, full time to Coordinators, in the Curriculum and Instruction Office. I was assisting 15 Coordinators for each content area under the supervision of Director of Curriculum and Instruction K-12 Assistant Superintendent. Advanced to the office of Human Resources as Records Specialist for the Support Staff and Supervisors. As needed moved to the Benefits Specialist position helping all faculty and staff with their benefits.
Worked part time in Personnel/Payroll helping employees with the benefit packages, training and completing weekly payroll. Later moved to sales working in furniture department (commissions), was second in the district.
Opened new accounts and helped customers with any problems or questions. Answered phones, filed, maintained and updated computer data, and provided teller coverage.
Supervised and continuously trained many employees for cashier and customer service positions. Worked with large amounts of money. Solved problems/issues that arose with the public or employees.
Designed using the Intergraph Computer-Aided System for Commercial and Industrial buildings.
Completed course in AutoCAD (release 13 for DOS)
