At this establishment I started off working as a bartender for beverage servers on swing shift, full time. Two years later I applied for a day shift position and was accepted. On day shift I worked as a beverage server and bartender. In November of 2017, I was offered a promotion/transfer to the sandbar as a bartender/trainer. In February 2018, I requested a demotion due to being denied the PTO I had available (they said I was the only one who properly knew the requirements of the job). I was working as a beverage server/bartender every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm, then working at the sandbar as a bartender/waitress/tainer from 4:30pm to 11:30pm/12am Saturday's and 4:30pm to 10:30/11pm on Sundays. I began training new buffet hires as well as Sanbar new hires in December 2017. I am properly trained as a Cashier/Beverage Server/Bartender/Hostess/Waitress. I am TIPS certified as well, and understand the importance of following all rules while handling difficult guests, liquor, beverage serving, and bartending as well as sanitation procedures for waitressing and handling food/food storage.
