Responsible for coordination of up to 20 servers in Nightclub/Dayclub operations in addition to supporting guest service. Completed monthly liquor inventory utilizing Acubar with GM. Led team of staff during BEO's to ensure event requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Primary focus during the opening and following few years of Tao Beach I handled the service bar. Supported 20 Cocktail Servers in addition to expediting individual service for GA guests. With the demand for pitches and 10 specialty drinks I developed a batching process to support the demand and minimize waste.
During new ownership change of Nine Group and Palms I was added to the team in order to implement health department standards, new beverage program, pour testing process as well as several other programs. Worked BEO's, Nightclub operations as well as supporting GM in training for existing staff.
Began employment with the company as a barback and shortly after was promoted to a bartender. I handled both service wells and main floor wells. Nightly ring I managed for floor staff would range from 20k on week nights to over 70k thousand on high volume weekends. I was assigned to VIP wells for key nights and handled main floor during high volume periods. During my employment I never had a cash variance or reflected discrepancy with EOD paperwork.
