I returned to Starbucks once I entered college as it is something that I enjoy doing. Utmost customer satisfaction is still the number one goal for us starbucks employees. Working at a college with thousands of students got overwhelming but it's always important to still greet guests with a pleasant smile and superior customer service. I was even given the opportunity to train my fellow new baristas as my manager appreciated the way I conduct myself on the floor and the way I interacted with customers.
