I've worked as a Bank Teller for nearly 8 months. I'm very kind and upbeat most of the time. I like to talk and socialize, and I belive that's an excellent asset to have to potentially hold a position of this sort. I'm a quick learner, and try my best to get whatever task at hand done in a timely manner. Good multitasker, who likes to have fun in my working environment, while being professional at the same time. Always willing to try to help others when I can.
I've learned how to do many different tasks. Being in charge of large sums of money is alot of responsibility that I have. We keep things very confidential, and are very well secured. I've done tasks such as cash advances, kept track of our non-customers in an excel spreadsheet, mail- ins, postage, ran coin machine, made cashier's checks, helped with th ATM ,and many other behind the scenes jobs that we perform in order to keep things going .
Waitressing has alot more to it than most think. Helping wherever needed is a big part of working in the restaurant industry. Preparing food, keeping customers happy, and keeping everybody (customers as well as other staff) in a good mood was a big role of mine, as I like to try to get along with everyone.
Shortly after graduating I decided to move out. I started working full time at the bank. While attending high scool in Seymour I was in science club, FCCLA, volleyball, softball, basketball, track, as well as both basketball and football cheerleading. I took a computer class while in high school, so I'm familiar with the basics. I'm always up for learning and I'm great with people.
