We would service the members in refilling their prescriptions, contacting the Doctors Office on their behalf if a new prescription was needed, tranferred calls to our clinical department if the member had questions on a new or existing prescription. Tranferred Doctors office calls to our Prior Authorization Department, if the member needed PA (Prior Authorization) prior to having the prescription filled. Processed payments and assisted members with any additional needs.
