I have cooked, baked, decorated cakes and deserts for many years. At home, in Restraints, bakeries, a grocery store bakery, and a school. I love what I do and would love to apply my talent for your company. I love the bakery/ coffee bar/ restraint, where I work now, but I have come to a point in my life where I need to make a change. I know that your work environment is extremely different then anything I have ever done, but that is what I am looking for. I work really great with others and I love to learn new things.

I worked in the receiving department at the Home Depot after the school closed. Actually, I worked both jobs for awhile, until school closed. I received all product deliveries, which sometimes required me to unload trucks with forklift. I did all receiving paperwork and was responsible for anything that came through my department. I did my job well and when I left Home Depot to help open Bakery, my Bosses hated to see me go.
I am still employed at Elm Street Bakery and Coffee Bar. We opened it in 2007. I believe, thanks to my management , it has thrived in this hard economy.
