CA I am currently a Back of House Specialist at the Apple Store, Palo Alto. We perform a series of very important tasks that keep our store functioning at a high level, while also providing a seamless and efficient customer experience. For example, the Back of House team counts all of the inventory, including sellable product, returns, service parts for repairs, and in-store demo units. From there, we address all descrepancies in our numbers, and after rigorus research and validation, adjust the numbers accordingly. This enables us to keep our shrink to company standards, while also ensuring that we have all products available for our customers. The B.O.H team also handles all shipping and receiving,monitors and organizes all personal pick up web orders, and when called upon, can provide support on the sales floor.

HMAC Corporate Services is a company dedicated to relocation, both private and corporate, as well as product deliveries. Our largest account was VMware.com. At first, I I installed and mantained the office furniture and cubicles on the main campus. I was promoted to overseeing internal corporate moves.This meant that I was in charge of:
Creating detailed maps of each building, making sure all cubicles and offices, even those that were to be left empty, where accounted for.
Making sure that each user (vmware employee) was assigned a number, and that all belongings where labeled and boxed.
Handling all ergonomic evaluations, ensuring that the office or cube would be comfortable and condusive to the user's productivity
Preparing the user for the move was of the utmost importance. This required having keen customer service skills. Some users were very wary of strangers handling their work and personal items. It was my job to build an atmosphere a trust and cooperation. Taking the time to meet each person individually allowed all moves to go quickly and without much incident.
