I was responsible for ten to twenty children ranging in ages from one year old to twelve years old. I facilitated games and activities for the kids and learned a lot about discipline and patience.
During my high school career, I took classes that would introduce me to the medical field such as anatomy and pysiology, sports medicine, introduction to health care, chemistry, and biology. I was also involved in National Honors Society and participated in volunteer work at the Bryan food pantry.
Attending Texas A&M has taught me about time management and how to study to acheive the grades I need for nursing school. I was involved in Future Aggie Nurses which is a club teaching about nursing school and Aggie Baptist Student Ministry which is a Bible study that gives me a community of people to share my faith with.
