Provide excellent customer service to patrons before, during and after the sale. Maintain exceptional product knowledge and demonstrate that knowledge to customers. Listen to customer to help determine which vehicles fit their needs financially and their personal preference. Follow up both short and long term with sold and unsold customers. Manage clientele using multiple computer programs. Use time management skills to work under little supervision ,along side a large number of salespeople, to maintain sales quotas. Assist owners in establishing a new small business by networking within the community and online. Find new distributers to fulfil the needs and wishes of customers. Place all orders with distributers, negotiate amount and price of products. Set up sales displays and preform stocking and cashier duties. Assist owners in finding candidates for sponsorships. Coordinate agreements with local businesses to supply our products inside their establishments. Train new sales associates
