I currently work
employed as an attorney at
Ogletree Deakins, a national employment and labor law boutique with 49 offices worldwide. I have represented management from small companies to Fortune 50 companies in all manner of employment matters including
advising on employee issues, executing nation-wide audits, defending administrative
charges, unemployment and garnishment enforcement, and litigating nationwide class and collective actions. I have experience
handling matters arising under various state and federal labor statutes, including
the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and similar state
statutes. I advice clients and case teams, as well as oversee review teams on e-discovery matters.
I co-owned the practice in which I advised and represented individuals and businesses in various civil cases, typically breach of contract cases. Additionally, I advised clients in various transactional matters and executed various
corporate work and transactions for clients including entity formation,
annual compliance and business contracts.

property cases. While performing this work, I was selected by the case teams to draft privilege logs, and oversee work performed by other members of the case team.
I was solely responsible for analyzing
client data and documents for large-scale, commercial construction matter; and for advising the case team based on my review of the data. I left position because the project was a short-term.
I represented clients in various civil, commercial matters in state and federal court. I also drafted organizational documents for business clients such as contracts, buy-sell agreements, entity formation, corporate compliance. Additionally, I facilitated and secured various business licenses for clients.
