Has had a solid and progressive history with Grantham University in a leadership role. During my seven year tenure at Grantham University, I have had the opportunity to develop my project management skills through the leadership of a variety of initiatives. I have had the opportunity to increase and maintain my interdepartmental relationships through my tenure and leadership role on the University Council. In my educational experience, there is one consistency that is to the institution's ability to retain students to graduation: A strong and cohesive student support services and department. Coaching, Development, and Continuous Training are the three pillars that are crucial to the success of students and Grantham University. For the Teaching and Learning Center to be successful, all initiatives and efforts must be measurable, tracked, and evaluated continuously through a strong metrics driven higher education management professional. It is my goal to leverage my experience, leadership, and education combined with my institutional knowledge to further lead the Teaching and Learning Center to be a beacon of light to students struggling with their studies, and as a retention resource to be leveraged by faculty, students, and Student Advisors.
