I started of working one position learning more. from cashier, to line/cook specialist,to hospitality. which later lead me to achieving a higher position of being a "Associate Trainer. The job duties involved Training employees from my at the time current cafe/Restaurant of job duties that were required. were training employees to create food and keep the standards of what was expected. making sure we counted money correctly for each order that was taken. ensuring nothing was overlooked so our starting deposit was always correct. Teaching recipes. all of that leading to management that taught me food cost documenting, food count, and knowing the in and outs of running successful shifts.
