I was previously employed by the Panera Bread Co. I worked in the Kingston corporate location on Ulster Avenue. While employed there for approximately one and a half years I had extensive customer service training. I was a cashier, I worked behind the "line" preparing soups, sandwiches, and salads, I opened and closed the restaurant, had custodial duties, prepped fruit and vegetables, and worked the drive thru. I was required to memorize the entire menu, the ingredients, and the process for preparing the food. it was a very fast-paced environment and I worked non-stop for my entire shift, which was required at the establishment because if one didn't work in a such a manner, the entire team would fall behind on food orders.
As a cashier, food prepper, and dining room attendant, I was required to have extensive knowledge of our menu and be able to answer questions about menu selections and made recommendations when requested. I also was consistent is trying my best to deliver exceptional, friendly and fast service.
I am minoring in French. I have leadership and management experience in both my university's theater department and at my former high school in leadership positions such as stage manager and props master in numerous shows. I manage my time well, by being actively involved in my campus's student associations and maintaining my spot on the Dean's list.
