During my time at the University of Illinois, National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), I have taken the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. I've learned about business process improvement methodologies and then implemented process improvement initiatives. I've also helped enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness for the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST) project. To continue my professional career growth, I'm working on the completion of my MBA, which will be achieved in December of this year. I have attended multiple training's on campus to improve my skills in project management; Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), workflow mapping, and project management Key concepts. I've also sought out online training's for Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Project Management best practices. I am driven and I seek to continue to grow in my career in every way possible.
