i have a strong background in customer service. I believe that no matter the situation it can always be resolved. I have been in retail sales in many markets for 25 plus years .I started out in the fashion industry working my way up to a regional manager position at the age of 19. Then changed focus to an up and coming company named Les Schwab Tires . I new nothing about cars nor tires but worked my way and grew extensive knowledge of the industry. I became and assistant manager in Reno Nevada in 1999 where I learned all about a new market and was assisting the manager in advertising,merchandising,sales goals, P@L reports and leading a team of 25 strong and eager to learn employees. From there I was promoted to manager of there Santa Rosa California location.this was a very hard market I learned how to cut cost an operate under extreme distress conditions. After three years the company decided that a few locations no longer made sence so they decided to close 10 locations one in which was mine . From there I decided to return to oregon as an assistant at there Beaverton location. Where in my time there in a down economy sales grew and people learned and friendships grew and most importantly people were promoted.
