Supported all kitchen operations when chef was absent. I was assistant manager of the Culinary Arts program of The Charter School of Excellence Skills Center when i was a student my senior year. I completed the culinary arts program and also have my hospitality certificate. Baked, roasted, broiled, and steamed meats, fish, vegetables and other foods is the greatest accomplishment i ever made.Helping with preparation, set-up, and service for catering events is a real specialty of mine also.
My duties here vary on the day. I have to daily stock and up-keep in the kitchen as while as given my crew of students instruction to what there daily duties are as while. Some days are different from others due to the fact we cater meetings and events for other programs and boards. I have learned to do so much here anything from menu planning, placing orders for food, preparing for the cooking process, cooking the meal and plating to present. I earned this position by listening and practice to make my self capable to excel in this field i wanna make being in the kitchen a career, a type of life style i will love to live. I have a real passion for the food industry.

I only had a seasonal job threw JcPenneys.
I left McDonalds due to better job opportunity's.
I will be graduating June 2013. I have finished my grad project just need to walk and get my diploma.
