Collaborate with Guidance Counselors, Academic Advisors, and families to ensure the
support of our students.
Maintain the safety and security of the residential halls by conducting hall inspections
and reporting any problems.
Serve as part of the Emergency On-Call Administrative Team.
Support department goals and develop positive working relationships with staff and
faculty of the NCSSM community.
Supervise thirty-five assigned students, helping to enhance their development and coach
them on conflict/time management.
