As an Administrative Assistant, I use my management skills to set a personal standard for both myself and my team. As an Administrative Assistant, I help in recruiting residents for our skilled nursing unit, as well as our long term post-acute care unit. I am a non-clinical staff member, but my main role is to stay competitive in my job and constantly reach out to prospective residents and their families. I play various different roles within my title. I have taken over staffing and scheduling, as well as some social work aspects. I am very much a team player and work hard to make sure all departments are operating successfully.
