I have only been an official coach for a couple years but coaching is something I have done my whole from a young age. I can bring a positive and uplifting attitude everyday along with a huge skill set. I understand the game very well and pick new things up very fast.
As an assistant coach at Peddie I basically took on the role of a Graduate Assistant but just at the high school level. This included film breakdown, communicating with our other coaches to prepare practice scripts, setting up drills, preparing play calling wristbands for players, preparing play call sheets for coaches, practice and game video set ups and uploads, I also helped in recruiting and develop our offensive game plans for the week. As the receivers coach I thoroughly prepared my players game by game. Meaning each week we went over opposing team tendencies and did drills to prepare them to face anything the defense could potentially do. I also cycled fundamental drills throughout the season and made them progressively harder. I also did many other tasks day to day.
During the summer months I usually train up to 5 athletes per week that range from little league to the college level. Mostly Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers but I also have worked with RB's, LB's, DBs, And DLman that play at the division 1 level. This training is usually focused on the individual and builds off of the fundamentals.
