I handle emails/cases from our customers dealing with our energy gems, so if they received their gems but the gems were melted or crushed up I would make sure the process of having their new gems would be dealt with as soon as possible.
I also packaged the gems for them to be shipped out.

I made sure the sidewalks were safe while FPL worked on the electric lines, ensuring if anything were to happen no pedestrians or bystanders would be injured.

I worked for AT&T retention handling calls dealing with customers who wanted to cancel their services due to their bill being high or technical reasons, so I would find a more cost efficient plan for my customer if needed or try to find ways to adjust their bill.
As for the technical part I would walk through troubleshooting their device with them ensuring that their all taken care of.
